Measurement Principle
COSENG C601D type large vehicle axle positioning instrument uses infrared CCD measurement technology to precisely measure vehicle front beam, camber, main pin backward, main pin inward, axle parallelism and axle perpendicularity by taking the theoretical frame center-line as the measurement reference; it uses laser rangefinder to precisely measure axle string position through axle offset probe; thus realizing the measurement of vehicle positioning angle.

Functional features
1.High precision CCD sensor, can directly measure the front beam, camber angle, main pin rear camber angle and other parameters.
2. can measure the parallelism between the main and vice steering axle of double steering axle vehicles (improper degree); measure the parallelism of the main and vice axle unilateral wheels (improper degree). Solve the common tire wear problem of the secondary steering axle. Can measure the parallelism of the drive axle (incorrectness).
3. Measure with trailer system. Measure the parallelism between trailer axles.
4. With high-precision digital display electronic laser distance meter, accurate measurement of axle string position.
5. Use stable and interference-free Bluetooth communication system between the sensor and the host.
6. Intelligent charging technology of the sensor protects the battery; it can be charged with hanging, convenient and fast.
7. Sensor with DPS processor, anti-light interference, can work outdoors.
8. With special fixture for large vehicles, can be internal and external card.
9. With special corner plate for big car, can load-bearing 5T.
10. Take theoretical frame center-line as the measurement reference.
11. Adopt lifting electronic compensation.
12. Parallelism real-time online adjustment function.
